Good morning. The best way to start off the day is with some wan tan noodles.

We wanted to try Ngan Lung Restaurant as recommended by my friend Chen.

The soup version is more Hong Kong.

Dried wan ton noodles in HK is different and is not similar to the Malaysian version. Malaysia still rules on this.

We ordered deep fried fish skin and this was a surprise.

Dip this into your soup and enjoy it. Really a good find on this trip.

My beef with noodles arrived. The beef is just so tender.

The noodles were very tangy.

A perfect bowl of wan ton noodles.

Then sip on some HK Milk Tea.

Burp.
