Another time up to Lantau Island to visit the large Buddha sitting at the top.

The lines for the cable cars were long and it took about 30 minutes before our cable car arrived.

Once away from the cable car terminal, a certain peace and quiet descends as you hear the wind whistling pass as the cable car heads towards the sky.

Look back at Hong Kong for a breathtaking view of the new Chep Lap Kok Airport.

Fancy a trek?

Some 15 minutes later, arrival into Lantau Island sees you walk thru the staple tourist money traps. I just look and walk, never stopping to bother about the overpriced souvenirs.

A quick walk around and down we headed.

Stopping by to grab some cold tau foo fah. Smooth and cooling. Made from mountain water.

Good Stuff.
