No visit to Hong Kong would be complete had you not taken the Hong Kong Star Ferry that operates between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.
We needed to head to Wan Chai so instead of getting on the MTR, it was time to get on the Ferry.
The cost of the ride is much cheaper than the taking the MTR and it gives you a glimpse of how Hong Kongers traveled between Hong Kong and Kowloon thru the years.
The ferry had just left and it was quieter at the waiting area.
Head down to the boat level.
Staff are still wearing the cute uniforms.
Crossing the bay.
Head to the front of the ferry if you want air conditioned. But with all the windows open today, there really isn’t much difference.
The entire ride takes about 10 minutes and is a scenic one. Scratch this off your bucket list on one of the must do’s when in Hong Kong.
