Singapore : Hokkien Noodles at Sunshine Plaza

Just had lunch.

This is one of the better Hokkien Noodles around. Took a walk across the street from Suntec towards Bugis. Walking pass Bugis in the hot sun towards Sunshine Plaza.

Head into this Chinese style building that looks like it was from the 70’s and you will spot a row of shops selling food.

Look for Fu Le Fried Hokkien Mee.

The hokkien noodles is enjoyable. It does not come with the Opei leaf ( soft palm bark )

The sinful dish is actually the Oyster Omelette.

The taste is just nice. No need to add salt or soy sauce.

You can taste the oil used and it is so good.

The size of the oysters are of good quality. For SGD5, it is a good dish.

I feel it is comparable to the best Oyster omelettes I have eaten.

Hokkien noodles is at SG4.80

Oyster Omellete is at SG5.

No GST and a good hearty meal.

Highly recommended.
