Korea : Yakchunsa Temple, Jeju-do

Next stop, Yakchunsa Temple.

A very beautiful temple and well maintained.

The entrance is surrounded by tangerine trees but, most fruits are beyond arm’s reach. I guess everyone’s had their pick.

Well decorated and colorful.

Stairways to heaven.

As you ascend to the temple level, you will be welcomed by a majestic view.

I like these small elephants. Each elephant is different.

Prayers and well-wishes.

Head over to this water fountain. It is fresh and cool water from the hills.

Yakchunsa is one of Asia’s largest Buddhist temple. Observe the peace and quiet.

In and out in 30 minutes.
