Affogato means drowned. This is ice cream drowned in coffee. So how is it made?

You get one scoop of vanilla ice cream.

One shot of espresso.

Pour and enjoy. The espresso is known for it’s coffee bitterness. The saving grace is the vanilla ice cream that add’s the sweetness to this drink.

The coffee and ice cream does taste very well. Nice try for those ice cream float lovers.

For RM17 ++, this is an expensive drink. You won’t get much of it either. Just one of those passing passions you may want to try once in a while….or once in your life.
