Singapore : Orchard Road Christmas 2010

I got my EOS 7D just in time for Christmas at Orchard. This makes it 3 years in a row that I have managed to capture the colorful lights this city has to offer during Christmas.

I have arrived to the conclusion that the 10-22mm is not wide enough 😛

I started at 8pm after work from Orchard Road and it took me 2 hours all the way to Dhoby Ghaut. These photos are shot as a tourist. All handheld and processed using LightRoom 3.3 and Imangenomic Noiseware at Full Suppression. Shooting at ISO 800 and on the rare occasion ISO 5000, I am happy with the noise handling of the 7D.

This will probably be the last project of 2010. It has been a very productive year in terms of photography and the best way to bid adieu to 2010 is with a new camera.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy Holidays.
May 2011 bring more joy and health.
